How to Build Defined Muscles

The reason why many weight trainers' muscles aren't completely defined is due to the fact that they have a high body fat percentage. For every pound in muscle you gain you have also gained half a pound of fat, this is because muscle and fat have Muscle Matrix Solution Review  high correlation to each other. So to be sculpted you need to burn off that fat so you can see the definition of your muscles, 30 minutes of cardio at least to burn sufficient fat. Many people don't understand you need to burn off the fat this is done by cardio vascular exercise at a low intensity of a duration of at least 30 minutes. It is 30 minutes because this is the time it takes for your body to start using fat stores for energy.

Gaining muscle involves lifting heavy weights whilst overeating in order to facilitate muscle growth. For pure muscle and size the repetition of weights should be 9-12, 2 to 3 sets with a 2 minute rest interval in between, this means that you are lifting a weight to which you can't do more than 12. Also do exercises which target multiple muscle group at once e.g. bench press, lat pull down, leg press or squats, also focus on either pushing or pulling movements as these are more beneficial.

This is because these movements are more functional what I mean by this is that these movements are used everyday life. For the athlete you want to be doing movements which are related to your sport. Also to gain weight you have to manage your cardio exercise because since you are using a lot of energy you can burn protein which is used in muscle building. So time has to be taken when doing a weight gain program. Note: muscle weighs more than fat so increasing muscle mass can lead to loss of speed of movement.
